Overview
Every item at Brush Africa is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please review the Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

Damages & Issues
We take pride in our quality. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it for free.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If there is an issue, contact us at support@brushafrica.com within 7 days of delivery.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Take a clear photo of the problem (the damage or the print error).
  2. Email the photo and your Order Number to support@brushafrica.com .
  3. We will review it and arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

European Union Customers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

As Brush Africa products are made to order based on your specific selection, we generally do not offer a "cooling off" period unless the item is defective.

Return Address
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first. We will provide you with the correct return instructions via email if a return is approved.
