Order Fulfillment (Production Time)
Every Brush Africa piece is made to order specifically for you. We do not hold inventory.
- Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to print, quality check, and pack your order before it ships.
Shipping Estimates
Once your order is fulfilled, the estimated delivery times are:
- USA & Europe: 3–7 business days
- Kenya & Africa: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary depending on local carriers and customs processing.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update after receiving the email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
- Brush Africa is not responsible for these fees. The recipient is responsible for paying any duties or taxes required by their local customs office to release the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Brush Africa is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or contact the local courier directly. If the package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
